"TUTEOE" was first discovered in the late 2160's by the universal tracking observation center at Esrange. The first encounter coming from a trajectory beyond Uranus. The latest theory states that these massive beasts float about in the Kuiper Belt where they breed. From there they spread by catching a ride on any comet passing by.
